Turn off all notifications while working

People tend to treat their inboxes like a to-do list and constantly keep checking it. If you work in a digital environment and have emails coming in, make sure you turn off notifications when working. This way you’ll be less tempted to check your inbox.

And yes, I have suffered in the I can do five things at once, only to get to the end of the day and still have to carry those same projects over because I did not complete not even one.
